• "Subscription" refers to the payment-based model used to access our services.

2. Eligibility To use Collars Inc., you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information during the registration process.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription Plans: Collars Inc. operates on a subscription-based model. We offer various subscription tiers, each with different levels of access and features.
• Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription plan selected. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) you choose.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period. You will be charged the subscription fee for the renewal period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of your billing cycle. After cancellation, you will still have access to the platform until the current subscription period ends.
• Changes to Subscription Plans: We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time. Any changes will be effective at the start of your next billing cycle. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.
• You agree not to misuse the platform by uploading harmful content, engaging in fraudulent activities, or violating any laws.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and any interactions you have with trade techs or companies using the platform.

5. Trade Tech Listings and Job Matches

• Collars Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of any trade tech listed on the platform.
• We are not responsible for vetting or verifying the skills or qualifications of trade techs. It is the sole responsibility of users to assess the suitability of a candidate before hiring.
• Any agreements or contracts formed between companies and trade techs are independent of Collars Inc., and we hold no liability for any disputes or issues arising from these agreements.

6. Intellectual Property All content, including text, images, logos, and software associated with Collars Inc., is the intellectual property of Collars Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from the platform is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in unlawful behavior. Termination of your account will not relieve you of any obligations to pay outstanding fees.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collars Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, lost revenue, loss of business, or data loss.

9. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Body] in [Jurisdiction].
